At VA Queens, we provide digital and virtual assistant services, not physical products. Due to the nature of our services, this Refund Policy outlines how refunds, free trials, and cancellations are handled.
By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Free Trial
Some of our subscription packages include a 7-day free trial.
- During the free trial period, no charges are applied.
- A valid payment method is required to activate the free trial.
- Clients may cancel their subscription at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.
Subscription Payments
- If a subscription is not cancelled before the end of the free trial, the selected payment method will be automatically charged at the start of the billing period.
- Once a payment has been successfully processed, the subscription becomes active and billable.
No Refund Policy After Trial
⚠️ Important:
- All payments made after the free trial period are strictly non-refundable.
- This includes, but is not limited to:
- Forgotten cancellations
- Late cancellation requests
- Partial use of services
- Change of mind
Once a billing cycle has started and payment has been processed, no refunds, chargebacks, or credits will be issued.
Cancellation
- Clients may cancel their subscription through their account dashboard before the end of the trial period.
- Upon cancellation, access to services will end according to the subscription terms.
- Cancellation after a payment has been made will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered in rare cases where required by applicable consumer protection laws. Any such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and granted solely at the discretion of VA Queens.
